Products and Compatibility

Alpha Concealment Systems manufactures holsters, magazine carriers, hardware and related accessories.

It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct firearm, weapon light, magazine and other configuration options when placing an order.

Holster fit may vary when aftermarket components, modified frames, compensators, unusually large controls or other modifications are installed. If you are unsure whether your setup is compatible, please contact us before placing your order.

Built-to-Order Products

Many Alpha products are built to order based on the configuration selected at checkout.

Because these products are manufactured specifically for your selected setup, production times may vary.

Current estimated lead times are displayed on the applicable product page.

Orders

Please review your configuration carefully before submitting your order.

Once production has begun, changes to built-to-order products may not be possible.

Alpha Concealment Systems reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability or an inability to fulfill the requested configuration.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the applicable purchase amount will be refunded.

Shipping

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Once an order has shipped, carrier delays may occur that are outside the control of Alpha Concealment Systems.

If an unexpected production delay prevents us from shipping within the timeframe provided at the time of purchase, we will contact you with updated information and available options.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns, exchanges and order corrections are governed by our Return Policy.

Because many Alpha products are built specifically for a selected firearm, weapon light, magazine or configuration, certain customized products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or were produced incorrectly.

Please review our Return Policy before placing your order. 

Product Inspection

Every Alpha holster and magazine carrier is inspected before shipment.

Customers should inspect their product before use and periodically check screws, posts, clips and other hardware for proper installation and wear.

Hardware may loosen during normal use and should be checked regularly.

Use of Products

Alpha Concealment Systems products are intended to be used responsibly and only with compatible equipment.

Customers are responsible for confirming proper fit and function every time before using any product.

Never use a holster if the firearm does not fully seat, retention appears compromised, the trigger area is improperly exposed or the product appears damaged.

Use of any product is at the customer's own risk and must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Product Variations

Because our products are manufactured and finished in small batches, minor cosmetic variations may occur.

Colors and product appearance may also vary slightly due to lighting, photography and display settings.

These variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, compatibility information, pricing and other website content are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All Alpha Concealment Systems names, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, written content and other original materials are the property of Alpha Concealment Systems unless otherwise indicated.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
