About Alpha Concealment Systems

Built Once. Rebuilt With Purpose.

Alpha Concealment Systems isn't a new holster company.

It's the next chapter of one that started years ago.

I originally founded Alpha with a simple goal: build dependable carry gear that I would trust enough to use myself.

What began small grew into tens of thousands of holsters shipped to customers across the country and years spent learning what works, what doesn't, and which details actually matter when a holster becomes part of someone's everyday life.

Then COVID changed everything.

Supply chains broke down, materials became difficult to source, and eventually I made the difficult decision to step away from Alpha.

For several years, that looked like the end of the story.

It wasn't.

Alpha Is Back.

In 2026, I decided to rebuild Alpha Concealment Systems.

But I didn't want to simply recreate the company I had before.

The old Alpha taught me a lot. It also became bigger and more complicated than it needed to be.

This time, the goal is different:

One craftsman. Fewer products. More intention.

Instead of chasing an enormous catalog, I'm focused on a smaller lineup of products that I can design, build, test and continually improve myself.

Modern CAD and in-house tooling give me more control over the process than I had during Alpha's original run, while years of hands-on holster making provide the foundation behind every new design.

The result is a different Alpha.

More focused. More deliberate. And better equipped to obsess over the details.

The Details Are the Product.

A holster seems simple until you wear one every day.

Ride height matters.

Belt attachment matters.

Retention matters.

The way the grip sits against your body matters.

Even small changes in geometry can determine whether a holster disappears into your daily routine or ends up sitting in a drawer.

That's why every Alpha product is designed around how it's actually going to be carried.

No unnecessary gimmicks.

No features added just because they look good on a product page.

If something doesn't improve the product or the experience of carrying it, it doesn't belong.

Built Here. Built by Me.

Alpha is an owner-operated business.

The person designing the holster is the same person making the tooling, forming the Kydex, finishing the edges, answering your emails and inspecting the product before it leaves the shop.

That isn't the fastest way to build a massive holster company.

That's not what I'm trying to build.

I want Alpha to remain close enough to the work that I can continue improving the products instead of simply managing their production.

Every holster that leaves this shop has my hands on it.

And my name behind it.

Old Names. New Generations.

Some of the names returning to Alpha will be familiar.

The Minotaur. The Phoenix. And others still to come.

But bringing back an old name doesn't mean pulling an old design off the shelf.

The products we're building today benefit from everything learned during Alpha's original run and everything that's changed since.

The Phoenix, Alpha's all-time best-selling holster, is one example. The idea that made the original successful remains, but the current generation has been rebuilt around today's materials, hardware and manufacturing process.

That's what this chapter of Alpha is about.

Not starting over.

Building forward.

The Alpha Standard

Trust is earned.
Every product should give you a reason to trust it.

The details are the product.
Fit, finish, hardware and presentation all matter.

Design with purpose.
If something doesn't improve the product or the experience, it doesn't belong.

Build what you'd carry yourself.
If I wouldn't trust it as part of my own everyday carry, it shouldn't have the Alpha name on it.

This Is the Next Chapter.

I'm grateful to every customer who supported Alpha the first time around, especially those who are still carrying our gear years later.

And if you're discovering Alpha for the first time, welcome.

There's a lot more to build.

Carry with Confidence. Carry Alpha.
