Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Alpha Concealment Systems. We build many of our products to order and want you to know what to expect from the time your order is placed until it arrives.

Built-to-Order Lead Times

Most Alpha holsters and magazine carriers are built after your order is placed.

Our current estimated production lead time is up to 2 weeks unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Production time begins when your order is received and does not include carrier transit time after the order has shipped.

Lead times are estimates and may occasionally change based on order volume, material availability or other circumstances. If we expect a significant delay beyond the timeframe provided when you placed your order, we will contact you with updated information and available options.

Quick Ship Products

Products specifically marked Quick Ship are already built and ready for fulfillment.

Quick Ship orders generally leave our shop faster than built-to-order products. The estimated fulfillment timeframe will be displayed on the applicable product page.

If an order contains both Quick Ship and built-to-order products, the order may ship together once all items are complete unless otherwise arranged.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Any applicable free-shipping promotions or order minimums will also be shown at checkout.

Order Processing and Tracking

Once your order has been completed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after the package has been accepted.

Delivery Times

Carrier delivery estimates begin after your order leaves our shop.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are separate from Alpha's built-to-order production lead time.

Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect transit times.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows that your order is delayed, please allow the carrier reasonable time to complete delivery.

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and any relevant information.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate next steps.

Please retain all packaging and damaged items until the issue has been resolved, as photographs or physical packaging may be required for a carrier claim.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members and with neighbors when appropriate.

Carrier tracking can occasionally update shortly before final delivery.

If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and notify Alpha Concealment Systems so we can help determine the next steps.

Combined Orders

If an order contains multiple products with different production lead times, the order will generally ship once all products are ready.

We may choose to split an order into multiple shipments at our discretion.

Shipping Area

Alpha Concealment Systems currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase may legally be possessed, received and used in their location.

Changes or Cancellations

Because many Alpha products are built specifically for the configuration selected at checkout, please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Once production has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel a built-to-order item.
