We want you to be confident in the gear you carry. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us and we’ll work with you to determine the best next step.

Return Window

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible products must be unused, unmodified and in their original condition.

The 7-day window is intended to give you time to inspect your product and confirm that it meets your expectations. Products showing signs of extended use or carry are not eligible for a preference-based return.

Please contact us before sending any product back so we can provide return instructions.

Built-to-Order Products

Many Alpha Concealment Systems products are built specifically for the firearm, weapon light, magazine and configuration selected when the order is placed.

Built-to-order products may be eligible for return when they are unused, unmodified and in resalable condition.

Certain special-order or highly customized products may not be eligible for return.

If you are unsure whether your configuration is returnable, please contact us before ordering.

Defects, Fit Issues and Order Errors

The 7-day preference-return window does not limit our responsibility for products that were manufactured incorrectly, shipped in the wrong configuration or have a manufacturing defect.

If you believe there is a problem with your product, contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right.

When Alpha Concealment Systems is responsible for the error or verified defect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Compatibility Issues

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct firearm, weapon light, magazine and configuration when ordering.

If the correct options were selected but the product does not properly fit the intended setup, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue.

Products ordered for an incorrect firearm, weapon light, magazine or configuration because of customer selection may still be considered for return if they otherwise meet the eligibility requirements above. Return shipping in those situations will generally be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on products that have been:

Used beyond reasonable initial fit inspection
Carried for an extended period
Modified, trimmed, heated or otherwise altered
Damaged through misuse or improper installation
Returned with missing components or hardware
Designated as final sale or otherwise specifically non-returnable

Hardware and Accessories

Unused hardware kits, clips and other accessories may be returned within the 7-day return period.

Returned accessories must be complete, unused and in their original condition.

Return Shipping

For returns based on preference, incorrect customer selection or another reason not caused by an Alpha Concealment Systems error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

Because many Alpha products are built to a specific configuration, direct exchanges may not always be practical.

In some situations, the simplest solution may be to return the eligible item and place a new order for the desired configuration.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because many products are built to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

If production has not started, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
